The past few weeks the flowering trees have been bursting with color in Pinehurst and the Bradford Pears are as beautiful as ever this spring.
Today driving to a tennis match at the gated golf community of National in Pinehurst I had to stop and snap a picture of the Bradford Pear trees at the clubhouse. The trees seem to be more beautiful than ever this year and due to the warm weather are blooming earlier than usual.
After an unusually cool winter for the Pinehurst area of North Carolina this warm weather and signs of spring are a welcome sign. Driving around you can see these beautiful trees blooming all around along with forsythia bushes, cherry trees and the red bud trees are almost in full bloom.
Very soon we will be seeing my favorite sign of spring which is the dogwoods. I will be sure to share some photos of these signs of spring in Pinehurst over the next few weeks.
